Each live mat Pilates class taught by Milla is recorded via Zoom and made available to rent for 24 hours, giving you the flexibility to practise at your own pace. Alongside these recordings, you’ll also find a growing library of pre-recorded Pilates classes created to support different goals and energy levels.
