Milla Beeson Pilates is a private Pilates studio near Holt, North Norfolk, offering reformer and mat Pilates in small groups, private and duet sessions. Set in a calm, welcoming space, the studio provides a personalised approach to movement that supports strength, balance and long-term wellbeing.
Classes are intentionally small to allow for hands-on guidance, thoughtful progressions and individual attention. Whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to deepen your practice, sessions are designed to help you move with confidence, ease and control.
Alongside in-studio classes, Milla also offers online Pilates sessions and luxury retreat experiences in Morocco, creating flexible ways to stay connected to mindful movement wherever you are.

Experience the best of both worlds with our small group reformer classes, capped at just 3 people - personal, focused, and brilliantly motivating. In just 45 minutes, you’ll build strength, improve flexibility, and move with more confidence, supported every step of the way.
Intro To Reformer Offer
New to Reformer Pilates? Start with confidence. Our Intro Offer includes a 30-minute private 1:1 Reformer session to learn the basics, followed by two small group Reformer classes to help you build strength, improve posture, and feel at ease on the machine.
On Demand Pilates Classes
Live Online Pilates Classes
On-demand Pilates classes offer the flexibility to practise whenever it suits you. Recorded mat sessions and a growing library of pre-recorded classes are available to rent, ranging from dynamic Pilates workouts to gentler, restorative flows.
Live Zoom mat Pilates classes take place most weekdays, offering real-time guidance both online and in person. Each session is varied and may include small equipment such as balls, bands or weights, with the option to book single classes or class blocks.
PILATES RETREATS.
Join Milla at the beautiful Ezzahra Estate, Morocco for small, intimate Pilates & mindfulness retreats running three times a year. Expect two Pilates classes a day, guided meditation, nourishing seasonal Moroccan food, and a calm, unhurried pace with time for swimming, massage and deep rest. Open to all levels - the perfect reset to reconnect with your body and return home feeling lighter, stronger, and restored.

We all need to move; to enjoy it, to feel freedom in it and to strengthen our bodies and release tension through it. Everybody feels better with movement.
I am passionate about Pilates and how a fluid sequence of dynamic movements can help strengthen, rehabilitate and release tension in our bodies and minds. It is a form of exercise, a meditation in movement and a release. It is a life long exploration; dynamic, flowing and enlivening.
My classes are a combination of low impact strength training mixed with cardio and balance work. Designed to build strong foundations and toned muscles whilst creating a longer, leaner body and releasing tension and stress, both mental and physical. My intention is you will leave feeling stronger, more toned, relaxed and happier.
